All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bentlenz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
